Back into the Future is a sci-fi film created in 1985 and directed by Robert Zemeckis. The film starts off with a boy named Marty McFly who is charming to girls and fascinated with the scientist everyone thought was crazy. One day the scientist decided to test his theory to “drive” into the future and found out his theory was possible. He gets shot and Marty gets in the car and tries to overdrive the enemies and zooms into the future. He meets his parents who are now teenagers and accidentally changed the timeline, which he tries to fix.

Very clumsy.

The story is all about him as he has the power to change the future, and had to save the timeline in order to keep the family from not existing. He is also a child who has allies to help him in his quest which happened to be his; George, Lorraine and Emmet.

Some may disagree that he is not a father figure as there already is a literal father figure in the film. However, we see more of Emmet Brown in the film helping Marty Mc fly as a mentor but at the end, he treats him like a son, thus the reason why Marty went back in time to save him. He is also a shapeshifter as his personality changes a little in the timeline.
